Corey Taylor Announces Solo UK Tour For November
Grammy Award-winning, multi-platinum singer-songwriter, actor, and New York Times best-selling author Corey Taylor (Slipknot, Stone Sour) will hit the road across the UK in November. UK tour dates include London’s Eventim Apollo, Manchester Academy and O2 Academy Glasgow. Tickets for the shows are now on sale via the Live Nation website.
Earlier this summer, Corey Taylor revealed the details for his new solo studio album, CMF2, alongside the release of his first single BEYOND which UK crowds can expect to hear live later this year.
CMF2 follows up Taylor’s 2020 solo debut CMFT, which featured the No. 1 Billboard mainstream rock single Black Eyes Blue and streaming sensation CMFT Must Be Stopped (feat. Tech N9ne and Kid Bookie). The album peaked at #6 on Billboard’s US Top Rock Albums charts. The album will be Taylor’s first album for BMG and the first on his own label imprint, Decibel Cooper Recordings.
Corey Taylor will be joined on stage with the CMFT band made up of Zach Throne (rhythm/lead guitars), Dustin Roberts (drums), Christian Martucci (rhythm/lead guitars), Eliot Lorango (bass).
Elsewhere, in Slipknot news, the band have announced the vinyl release of their Live At MSG album. The vinyl set will be released on 18 August. The Live At MSG vinyl release coincides with the 15th anniversary of their fourth studio album All Hope Is Gone. Live At MSG was previously released as a bonus disc with the 10th-anniversary edition of the album.
